Here I will tell how to get back your facebook account if you have an email which is not exist.
Suppose, you have added a email to your facebook like noexist123@gmail.com. After forgetting your fb password, you tried to login your email, but email server said that there had no account like your input. Then you create an account of same as you used in fb. then you can get email.
